Chantel, Valentine, and crew really took care of me AFTER my initial move with them recommended by umovefree.com. I broke a bone after the move and had some things at the old house that I had intended to move in my car, but was injured and could barely walk afterwards. I sent an email on Labor Day requesting assistance and followed up the next morning with Chantel who reported she'd seen my email and had responded and offered me my choice of am or pm appointment window THE SAME DAY! Valentine and crew being as efficient as the are, finished loading before I finished packing the last half of my kitchen. Instead of sitting there waiting for me to get a box packed so they could put it on the truck, they quickly grabbed and assembled boxes and asked what I needed to pack. I guess my efforts to not wince or moan in pain didn't work. LOL I was totally stressed because my move out date was firm and was scared and worried and in pain. It was actually pretty scary. 5STAR RELOCATION SERVICES REALLY CAME THROUGH FOR ME!! You can definitely depend on them. They provided regular updates, was attentive, offered suggestions, and was compassionate. I highly recommend them.

I recently used them on Aug.18th and my movers were Gabriel & Eric. They represented their company well. Great customer service & was very professional the whole time. The price for the service was reasonable not too expensive at all. Will use again

They were amazing!!! I was on a very tight budget for the move and needed to be done in two hours. The movers did an incredible job getting everything moved and situated within my time frame. I also hired their cleaning service to clean my apartment after I moved out. They did an amazing job! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is planning a move!!!

These guys came in clutch! I had another company booked on 5/28/22 the other company kepts changing times and giving us the run around. Finally at 8pm my wife called 5 Star and the timing worked out they were in my area and willing to help save our move. Within 15 mins they were at the pickup point and did a great job loading my stuff from a storage unit. The two of them finished in 3 hours, and did great work at a good price. 👍 Highly recommend!

My movers canceled on me at the last minute and 5 Star movers saved me! I was in a real crunch with trying to get moved before vacation. They were extremely professional, timely, and super friendly. I knew my move was in the right hands. They communicated with me regularly through text, and phone, and emailed me all the required docs. I definitely could not have done this without them. 5 stars and highly recommend!!!

Today I have experienced the best move I've ever had the guys were nice and generous they worked and didn't stop till I asked to , I moved to the 3rd floor they were amazing & very professional to anybody wanting to move I recommend y'all to 5 Star , The guys were Miguel & Chris I wish y'all the best

My experience with 5 Star Movers was great Martin and Miguel were very responsive with communication they were also quick and efficient. They move me out of my old apartment to my new residence in no time. They were very professional would definitely use them again!

t was a long day but the movers were wonderful. They moved me from a 5th floor, 2 bedroom apt w/elevator, other people were moving at the same time, which meant they were also using the elevator closest to our apt, and that made it take longer. But over all, they did a great job. I will use them again.
