We make every attempt to ask questions to get a better understanding of your move. While we never commit to an exact time frame we think your move will take, we can provide an estimate
according to our expertise. Please note, there are many parameters that can affect a quote therefore we do not provide flat rates.

Hourly Rates

All local moves are quoted on an hourly rate system. This method avoids customers’ being overcharged which is oftentimes seen in flat rates. There are no hidden fees at the time of the move. All fees are discussed during booking.

						Best movers! We used them to just load a uhaul, but ended up needing another, and they coordinated a driver. Also they moved our 4 donkeys same day all to TN! Blessing in disguise and very grateful that the team went above and beyond for us! Would def recommended them for any kind of move! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

						t was a long day but the movers were wonderful. They moved me from a 5th floor, 2 bedroom apt w/elevator, other people were moving at the same time, which meant they were also using the elevator closest to our apt, and that made it take longer. But over all, they did a great job. I will use them again.

						t was a long day but the movers were wonderful. They moved me from a 5th floor, 2 bedroom apt w/elevator, other people were moving at the same time, which meant they were also using the elevator closest to our apt, and that made it take longer. But over all, they did a great job. I will use them again.
					
						Chantel, Valentine, and crew really took care of me AFTER my initial move with them recommended by umovefree.com.  I broke a bone after the move and had some things at the old house that I had intended to move in my car, but was injured and could barely walk afterwards.  I sent an email on Labor Day requesting  assistance and followed up the next morning with Chantel who reported she'd seen my email and had responded and offered me my choice of am or pm appointment window  THE SAME DAY! Valentine and crew being as efficient as the are, finished loading before I finished packing the last half of my kitchen.  Instead of sitting there waiting for me to get a box packed so they could put it on the truck, they quickly grabbed and assembled boxes and asked what I needed to pack. I guess my efforts to not wince or moan in pain didn't work.  LOL I was totally stressed because my move out date was firm and was scared and worried and in pain.  It was actually pretty scary.  5STAR RELOCATION SERVICES REALLY CAME THROUGH FOR ME!! You can definitely depend on them.  They provided regular updates, was attentive, offered suggestions, and was compassionate.  I highly recommend them.
