They were amazing!!! I was on a very tight budget for the move and needed to be done in two hours. The movers did an incredible job getting everything moved and situated within my time frame. I also hired their cleaning service to clean my apartment after I moved out. They did an amazing job! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is planning a move!!!

Jason and Chris were amazing and super fast! Every mover i've had has scratched something or broken something. They didn't scratch any of my stuff and got all 40+ of my extra large and garment boxes and the rest of my apartment moved super quick. None of my dishes were broken and I didnt have to go back and pick up little things left behind. When your moving sometimes you don't get everything packed. There are always those little pieces left behind. Not with them. They moved everything!!! They are definitely worth it when you want it done fast and efficient!!! Definitely the best!!!!!

My movers canceled on me at the last minute and 5 Star movers saved me! I was in a real crunch with trying to get moved before vacation. They were extremely professional, timely, and super friendly. I knew my move was in the right hands. They communicated with me regularly through text, and phone, and emailed me all the required docs. I was booked for 2.5 hours and they moved me from McKinney to Carrollton (packed up one place and moved into the other) in an hour and 15 minutes! Fastest and most time considerate movers I’ve ever had! I’d definitely recommend booking with them if you want to be moved in a timely fashion with friendly service. I’ll definitely be hiring them again for my next move. Also, their customer service staff is professional and courteous. I was advised a day before my move that due to the rain, they may have to reschedule but I was flexible and they were too. I appreciate a call in advance if there’s any issues so I definitely give them kudos for doing that.

Chantel, Valentine, and crew really took care of me AFTER my initial move with them recommended by umovefree.com. I broke a bone after the move and had some things at the old house that I had intended to move in my car, but was injured and could barely walk afterwards. I sent an email on Labor Day requesting assistance and followed up the next morning with Chantel who reported she'd seen my email and had responded and offered me my choice of am or pm appointment window THE SAME DAY! Valentine and crew being as efficient as the are, finished loading before I finished packing the last half of my kitchen. Instead of sitting there waiting for me to get a box packed so they could put it on the truck, they quickly grabbed and assembled boxes and asked what I needed to pack. I guess my efforts to not wince or moan in pain didn't work. LOL I was totally stressed because my move out date was firm and was scared and worried and in pain. It was actually pretty scary. 5STAR RELOCATION SERVICES REALLY CAME THROUGH FOR ME!! You can definitely depend on them. They provided regular updates, was attentive, offered suggestions, and was compassionate. I highly recommend them.
